The SONEMA platform allows finding and evaluating the conversations that take place in social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) and are related to a particular subject – a name, place, situation or commercial product. The platform provides statistics for a defined subject, with graphical representations based on historical and geographical data, as well as sentiment analysis.

Anomalies & Alerts

The platform incorporates Business Intelligence characteristics, able to find local extremes that might constitute an anomaly, or the occurrence of a term in correlation with others.

The end goal of the solution is to offer alerts based on events of statistical importance – for example, more mentions, posts or tweets than average regarding a specific venue, or, in a Smart City context, mentions about fires or floods in the proximity of monitored events or facilities. Such alerts are handled by the agents of the Cloud4Smart platform.
